247 - Authorities in Kyiv have accused Russia of launching an attack in the center of the Ukrainian city of Kherson that left 10 dead and 58 wounded.
Yuriy Sobolevskyi, vice-president of the regional council, said that a missile fell near a supermarket in Liberty Square.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky described the attack as an act of "terror," saying that Russian forces were "killing for intimidation and pleasure."
So far, Russia has not commented on the accusations.
