The ambassador's wife accuses Putin of being a "kleptocrat" and lashes out against the Brazilian government:
"Our disappointment is boundless! The government criticizes Nicolás Maduro of Venezuela, who constantly receives support from Russia and other dictators, while simultaneously visiting the kleptocrat Putin."
