Tijolaço: On land, sea, and air, sell Brazil, and fast, before it's all gone!

"It doesn't matter that we're saying goodbye not only to riches, but also to our potential for technological development," ironizes journalist Fernando Brito, from Tijolaço; "After all, for those who want to be tough, a club is enough."

By Fernando Brito, from brick Last night, the majority of the Chamber of Deputies approved the sale of Petrobras' oil fields – in the areas granted under the "onerous transfer" agreement, as they were used in the state-owned company's capitalization in 2010 – for approximately R$ 100 billion, according to newspaper estimates. These are "ready-to-use" areas, without risk, seismically mapped, and with numerous exploratory wells drilled using Brazilian science, labor, and money, guaranteeing the quantity and quality of the oil to be extracted.

This morning, the "new" Embraer was announced: 80% for Boeing and a small 20% stake for Embraer, plus a headquarters in Brazil to employ executives and managers, while production is spread around the world, wherever price and workforce capacity best suit. The "partnership" between the elephant and the ant, of course, will focus on products conceived and developed here, such as the successful E2 line of mid-size jets, executive aviation, and the immense market potential of the KC-390 military transport aircraft.

The Michel Temer government and the political rats he has gathered are in a hurry. And, let's face it, in terms of treason, they are acting like a "concentrated FHC government," with an extremely high degree of national betrayal in these two years and a bit of the coup.

What, after all, did they do to achieve this?

These are huge deals, certainly with hefty commissions, while we discuss the price difference of Lula's apartment. Or rather, "attributed" to Lula, who never spent a single day there to enjoy the bathroom labeled as a swimming pool and the "gourmet" barbecue area whose sad image we all saw.

No one is speaking out against this, and even more shamefully, no one is doing so in the Armed Forces, which are deeply committed to going up into the favelas of Rio and making a caricature of someone who salutes the American flag the president of the Republic.

It doesn't matter that we are saying goodbye not only to wealth, but also to our potential for technological development.

Ultimately, for those who want to be tough, a club is all you need.
