Startup wins R$ 300 prize.

247 – A new internet company, Recomind.net, has just received an investment of R$ 300 from the Buscapé group to develop an activity that has become a craze in the United States: the recommendation of service providers. These are websites that indicate the quality of professionals, such as doctors, dentists, lawyers, and even construction foremen, based on evaluations made by the clients themselves. The funding is a prize for the "Your Idea is Worth 1 Million" challenge, which offers a 30% stake in the new company.

Recomind.net, which has just been launched, has only an experimental website and another on Facebook, still with very few users. The goal, however, is to reach a network of 500 people. It was chosen in a competition for start-ups, innovative companies, sponsored by Buscapé itself, created by Romero Rodrigues, who became one of the millionaires of the Brazilian internet.
