"Always low and reckless," wrote one internet user.

247 Internet users criticized Senator Sergio Moro (União Brasil-PR) after the parliamentarian suggested that Supreme Federal Court (STF) minister Gilmar Mendes sells sentences. "Always low and reckless," wrote one profile.

Mendes is critical of Operation Lava Jato when Moro, the former judge, was responsible for judging the cases in the first instance court.

Earlier this month, for example, the Supreme Court Justice criticized Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and the parliamentarian from União Brasil, when saying that the greatest contribution of the former occupant of the Planalto Palace was to remove the senator from the Federal Court of Curitiba (PR).

In February 2021, Mendes said that Moro's stance as a judge in the Lava Jato case was... "a total institutional disconnect".
