Samsung will launch a tablet with Windows 8.

According to a Korean newspaper, the company will showcase the device at a Microsoft conference in the US next Tuesday, the 13th.

247- Despite all the legal proceedings, Samsung continues to invest in the tablet market. According to a publication in the Korean newspaper Korea Economic Daily, the company intends to launch a new tablet with the Windows 8 operating system. According to the newspaper, the device will be presented during the Build conference, which begins next Tuesday in California. Having Windows 8 on a tablet would be the easiest way out for Samsung, since the Korean company faces several lawsuits seeking to prevent the sale of Galaxy Tab devices.

Last Friday, a German court ruled that Samsung cannot sell its Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany because its design is too similar to the iPad 2. Recently, Apple has filed several lawsuits in various countries against Samsung and other Android smartphone and tablet manufacturers. Conversely, Samsung is also suing Apple over intellectual property issues related to wireless technologies used in tablets and smartphones. This new tablet would be Samsung's first to run Windows. Microsoft's new operating system, which will run on both PCs and tablets, is expected to be ready only in 2012. If the company launches the tablet at the event, it is almost certain that it will have Windows 8 on board.
