PHA signals it will file a lawsuit against Tuma.

The reason is the acknowledgment made by delegate Romeu Tuma Júnior in the book "Assassination of Reputations," in which he stated he was encouraged by PHA to produce the work that attacks former president Lula and the PT; according to the blogger, he encouraged him to write another book, focusing on banker Daniel Dantas.

247 - The note published yesterday in Radar (read more hereThe statement by Romeu Tuma Júnior regarding his acknowledgments to journalists Mino Carta and Paulo Henrique Amorim for publishing the book "Assassination of Reputations" has provoked the first reaction among journalists. PHA is considering suing Tuminha. Read below:

A reproduction of an alleged acknowledgments page from a supposed book is circulating in the underbelly of the internet, which a weekly, low-tide detritus attributes to a certain Mr. Romeu Tuma Jr.

According to the (solid) low tide debris, the alleged book says that President Lula was an informant for the military regime; that Gilberto Carvalho took money in the “scheme” that produced the death of Celso Daniel; that Gilmar Dantas (*) was wiretapped; and that José Dirceu had an account in a tax haven.

On this homepage, the author asserts that the anxious blogger and Mino Carta encouraged him to write the book.

In fact, the anxious blogger encouraged him to write a book.

The alleged perpetrator was, for a time, the National Secretary of Justice, by decision of President Lula.

In this capacity, the alleged author helped to freeze a portion – a tiny fraction – of Daniel Dantas's fortune abroad.

In the company of Mino Carta, the anxious blogger encouraged him to write everything he knew – and could prove – about Daniel Dantas.

The anxious blogger even went so far as to send Mino and Sergio Lírio a list of topics about Daniel Dantas's immaculate career.

The book would be the result of interviews that Lírio and Mino Carta would conduct with the supposed author.

The anxious blogger did not participate in those interview sessions.

He withdrew from the project when he suspected that some of the "information" cited by the supposed author was not based on credible documents or testimonies. For the same reason, Mino and Lírio also left the project. And the first incarnation of the book was aborted.

Therefore, citing the anxious blogger's name in the "acknowledgments" section does not give the alleged author the right to manipulate the anxious blogger's credibility to try to corroborate any alleged accusation contained in the supposed book.

Furthermore, their excellent lawyers, Maria Elizabeth Queijo and Cesar Marcos Klouri, will analyze the matter to determine if any legal action – both civil and criminal – is warranted against the alleged perpetrator.

The anxious blogger hopes that some unsuspecting reader of the supposed book will inform him whether the "accusations" against Daniel Dantas survived the book's second incarnation.

According to reports, the "report" in the (solid) debris of low tide indicates that the alleged book will have the same fate as others commissioned to transform the aforementioned banker into a victim of merciless evildoers.

It goes in the same trash can.

The alleged co-author of the alleged book is part of an organization run by an alleged businessman-journalist, also known as "Legal Sycophant," which is part of the valuable group of "Dantas Communication System".

That's a bad sign, isn't it, fellow navigator?

By the way: it's possible that, in the next Letter, Mino will address the subject with his well-known elegance.
