Pastor from the Human Rights Commission may sue Xuxa.
"Everyone knows how much I respect all religions, but this man is not religious, he's a monster. In the name of God, he cannot have power," the presenter wrote on Facebook; Marco Feliciano (PSC-SP) announced on Twitter that he had contacted his legal team to handle the case.
247 - The president of the Human Rights Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, Congressman and pastor Marco Feliciano (PSC-SP), announced this Sunday, the 10th, via Twitter, that he will sue the presenter Xuxa: "I already have a dossier to deliver to the federal police with dozens of printed pages containing death threats. Help me in prayer! And regarding what Xuxa said, my legal team is preparing the lawsuit. Sleep in peace."
On Facebook, the presenter contested his selection to preside over the Human Rights Commission of the Chamber of Deputies. "Everyone knows how much I respect all religions, but this man is not religious, he's a monster. In the name of God, he cannot have power. This person cannot be president of the Human Rights Commission. He cannot have this space to use, trample on, and denigrate human beings... It is our right, as humans, to protect ourselves from this type of person," Xuxa wrote.
The pastor was the target of online petitions, as well as protests throughout Brazil. The PSC (Social Christian Party) is expected to reconsider its nomination.
