Moment 1 - The Asltom and the municipal tax inspector mafia cases explode. Two lieutenants of the Serra scheme come under fire: Andrea Matarazzo and the former municipal Finance Secretary, Mauro Ricardo. The case worsens when it is discovered that the municipal comptroller's office opened an investigation against the mafia, which Mauro Ricardo shelved, claiming that the anonymous complaints lacked evidence. I don't know how long the mainstream media will continue this charade of ignoring Serra's history. There's a body of investigations that has gained its own momentum and a significant amount of information available about Serra's scheme since his time as Secretary of Planning under Montoro.
It's only a matter of time before the armor crumbles.
