247 - Journalist Marcos Uchôa (PSB), a reporter for Rede Globo for 34 years, announced this Tuesday (30) the withdrawal of his candidacy for federal deputy for Rio de Janeiro.

"When I joined the party in early April, the president of the PSB in (Rio de Janeiro state), Alessandro Molon, told me that the party would finance my campaign," he said on Twitter.

"For months I've been asking for basic information: roughly how much money I would need. We've reached the end of August and that information hasn't been given," he stated.
