Ipec: Lula rises from 46% to 47% and wins in the first round against 44% for his opponents.
"Good morning, loved ones! If Ipec is right, I need to be there! I know many are angry, but we need to consider all possibilities. Bolsonaro supporters are voting confident of the President's victory, but the polls indicate the opposite," he said.
