Despite Jair Bolsonaro and the presenter himself having mocked the new coronavirus, claiming it was just a "little flu" and advocating for an end to isolation, in the video, Sikêra says that it is the left that "celebrates" the deaths.
"Good news, stores will start to open, jobs will start to be created, people will regain their health," he emphasized.
Sikêra said that society will wake up to this new reality.
"We will wake up, because the day the people wake up, politicians will no longer sleep in this country. Using a state of public calamity to take money from the people is cowardly," he declared.
