China's media group will take over production of the international public signal for the Paris Olympic Games.

China Radio International On Monday (5), China Media Group (CMG) and Olympic Broadcast Service (OBS) signed a cooperation agreement for the production of international public signals during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

As stipulated in the agreement, CMG will take over the production of international public broadcasts for four sports (gymnastics, table tennis, badminton, and climbing), becoming the national television network producing the most public broadcasts for the Paris Olympic Games. CMG President Shen Haixiong and OBS CEO Yiannis Exarchos participated in the online signing ceremony.

The president of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Thomas Bach, sent a congratulatory letter to the president of the CMG.
