Globo Network, which supported the parliamentary coup that deposed elected President Dilma Rousseff in 2016, saw its audience plummet by 4% throughout last year; according to the National TV Panel (PNT) of the Kantar Ibope Media institute, Globo fell from 13,5 to 13,3 points; on the other hand, SBT went from 5,3 to 5,6; and Record grew from 5,1 to 5,2 points, growth of 5% and 1%, respectively; Band registered a drop from 1,5 to 1,2 points.
