George Marques: cited 43 times, Temer may appoint a new rapporteur for Lava Jato.

"Given the circumstances, President @MichelTemer could relinquish the nomination and pass the responsibility to the second panel of the Supreme Court," suggests the journalist; he also argues that "it is more than necessary and urgent that the @STF_oficial approve and make public the Odebrecht plea bargain as soon as possible. Brazil needs to know!"

247 - Cited 43 times, Michel Temer could nominate the new rapporteur for Lava Jato at the Supreme Federal Court, journalist George Marques pointed out this Thursday, the 17th.

"Michel Temer, mentioned 43 times in the first of the 77 Odebrecht plea bargains, may nominate a new minister to the Supreme Court to be the rapporteur for Lava Jato," he posted on Twitter.

"Given the circumstances, President @MichelTemer could relinquish the nomination and pass the responsibility to the second panel of the Supreme Court," suggests the journalist.

He also argues that "it is more than necessary and urgent that the @STF_oficial approve and make public the Odebrecht plea bargain as soon as possible. Brazil needs to know!". "Around 150 politicians are involved in the Odebrecht plea bargain. Teori was responsible for approving the plea bargain at the STF," he recalls.
