"What Lula said was a colossal mistake, something unacceptable, the result of poorly conducted communication, guided by spasms of untimely improvisation. And it's an even bigger mistake to want to put Bolsonaro and Lula on the same level today, as if we were in an election period," he criticizes.
In an interview with journalist Mino Carta, editor of Carta Capital, Lula stated: “It’s a good thing that nature, against the will of humanity, created this monster called coronavirus, because this monster is allowing the blind to see that only the state can provide solutions to certain crises.”
