In a video, Mino says that Tuma's case "saddens" him.

Cited in the acknowledgments of the book "Assassination of Reputations" by Romeu Tuma Júnior, the editor of Carta Capital, Mino Carta, confirms that he encouraged Romeu Tuma Júnior to write a book, but with a different focus; one of the main targets would be the banker Daniel Dantas, who, according to Mino, becomes almost a victim in the work published by Tuminha.

247 - Journalist Mino Carta, editor of Carta Capital, published a video on YouTube clarifying his position on the book "Assassination of Reputations - A Crime of the State," released by Romeu Tuma Júnior. In the acknowledgments, Tuminha dedicated the book to journalists Mino Carta and Paulo Henrique Amorim, who, according to him, encouraged him to write the work.

Speaking about the case, Mino says that it "saddens him greatly."
