According to the YahooThe actor became enraged upon discovering that Christiane Torloni had been cut off by Patrícia Poeta while sending him a message during the program, and referred to Globo, the network from which he was fired after accusations of harassment, as a "nefarious company."

"Dear Torloni, despite the disrespect from this nefarious company, your affection warmed my weary heart. A loving kiss from your partner," he wrote on his Instagram Stories.

"I know that Zé is going through a difficult health situation and I hope he overcomes it to return to the stage," said Christiane, referring to the autoimmune disease the artist is battling.

Then, Patrícia Poeta immediately changed the subject: "Well, Maneco, here's our tribute to you. Happy birthday to you."

Mayer was dismissed from the network in 2016 following allegations of sexual harassment.
