The leader of the MTST (Homeless Workers' Movement) and former presidential candidate Guilherme Boulos used Christmas to update perceptions surrounding the figure of Jesus Christ and concluded that if he reappeared in Brazil today, with his agenda dedicated to equality and justice, Jesus would be ridiculed in social media comment sections and would hear in the streets: "Go to Cuba, Jesus!". Boulos also says that "they would order the woman he saved from being stoned to be taken 'home'".
