From DCM – A report by Gustavo Uribe, Talita Fernandes and Ricardo Della Coletta in Folha de S.Paulo informs that President Jair Bolsonaro has decided to dismiss the current president of EBC (Empresa Brasil de Comunicação), Luiz Antonio Ferreira, appointed during the administration of former President Michel Temer. The dismissal will be published in Monday's (25) edition of the "Diário Oficial da União". The name indicated to replace him is that of the current director of operations, Alexandre Henrique Graziani.

According to the publication, to be appointed, the new president will still need to undergo analysis by the intelligence sector of the Planalto Palace, which screens the executive's past conduct. "There will be a replacement, and Alexandre Henrique Graziani will take over," said the spokesperson for the Presidency of the Republic, Otávio Rêgo Barros. The resignation occurred after disagreements between Ferreira and the Minister of the Government Secretariat, Carlos Santos Cruz, responsible for the restructuring of the communications conglomerate.
