247 Adrilles Jorge, who was recently reprimanded on Jovem Pan for making Nazi propaganda, decided to attack Pope Francis on his social media after the highest Catholic authority indicated that Dilma Rousseff and Lula were victims of the crime of lawfare.

“The Pope made the L sign. The Pope commits an act of ignorance – and ignorance leads to sin, to evil. Not knowing the reality of a condemned man worsens the reality of an entire country. The greatest representative of Christianity is unfortunately a sinner due to ignorance and political bias,” says the extremist.

Adrilles is suspended by Jovem Pan after a salute associated with Nazism.

Pope Francis stated that President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva was a victim of political persecution and that former President Dilma Rousseff suffered an unjust impeachment process.

"Lawfare opens its way into the media. They want to prevent a certain person from reaching a position. So, they disqualify them and raise suspicions of a crime. Then, they create a whole summary, a huge summary, where no evidence of the crime is found, but to convict, the size of that summary is enough. 'Where is the crime here?' 'But yes, it seems so...' That's how they convicted Lula," the Pope stated in an interview broadcast by the Argentinian network C5N. The Pope also cited other cases of lawfare in Latin America, such as Ecuador, Argentina, and Bolivia.
