247 - Senator Aécio Neves (PSDB-MG) lamented the resignation of Minister Helena Chagas, who is leaving her post as head of the Secretariat of Communication of the federal government and will be replaced this Monday by journalist Thomas Traumann, who previously served as spokesperson for the federal government. Helena's departure was also criticized by columnists from media outlets linked to the Globo, Abril, and Folha groups (read more). here).

For PT leaders, however, the fact that Aécio Neves regrets his departure proves the correctness of Dilma's decision. "If the communication policy pleased the opposition more than the government, something was wrong," says Congressman André Vargas (PT-PR), vice-president of the Chamber of Deputies.
