In São Paulo, temperatures could reach between 34°C and 35°C on February 13th and 14th, surpassing the previous record of 33,9°C registered on January 22nd of this year. In Rio de Janeiro, temperatures are expected to reach up to 39°C by the end of the week, exceeding the 38,7°C recorded between January 20th and 21st. Belo Horizonte could also experience highs between 34°C and 35°C on February 14th and 15th, surpassing the previous record of 34,4°C registered on January 21st. Vitória follows the same trend, with forecasts of up to 37°C, above the 36,2°C previously recorded.
January 2025 has already been considered the hottest January on record, reinforcing the trend of high temperatures at the start of the year.
