Criminals steal federal government vessel in the Javari Valley.

A federal delegation will travel to the tri-border area of ​​Brazil, Peru, and Colombia to discuss security in the region.

247 - Three armed men stole a vessel belonging to the Special Indigenous Health District (DSEI) in the Javari Valley and took two federal government employees hostage. 

The crime occurred on Thursday (23), in the region where indigenist Bruno Pereira and journalist Dom Philips were murdered in June of last year. The two hostage employees were abandoned in a flooded area in the region. No one was arrested.

According to Folha de S. PaulA delegation will travel to the region with the goal of resuming the State's presence there.
