The document was titled "CCP Guidelines for Governing Xinjiang in the New Era: Practices and Achievements" and seeks to consolidate the administration strategy of the autonomous region.
According to the Chinese publication, the material compiles policy guidelines, experiences, and results that Beijing considers fundamental to ensuring stability, development, and social integration in Xinjiang. This is yet another initiative by the central government to reaffirm the fairness of its leadership in the region, which is marked by ethnic diversity.
