Former Senator Marina Silva, running mate of Eduardo Campos (PSB), commented on the accusation made by Congressman José Augusto Maia (Pros-PE), who claims to have received an offer of "financial advantage" in exchange for political support for Paulo Câmara: "If there is an accusation, there is an investigation process. That is my position and Eduardo's."
247 - Candidate for vice-president on Eduardo Campos' (PSB) presidential ticket, former senator Marina Silva, defended this Thursday (24) an investigation into the accusation of buying political support for the party's candidate for governor of Pernambuco, Paulo Câmara.
"If there is a complaint, there is an investigation process. The Electoral Court is there to conduct investigations, so any and all complaints must be investigated and verified. That is my position and Eduardo's," said Marina.
Congressman José Augusto Maia (Pros-PE) stated that he received an offer of "financial advantage" for his party to join the Chamber's coalition.
