Shark leaps just meters from boat in Australia and impresses tourists (video)
"Everyone was certainly impressed," says tour guide Andrew Wright.
Sputnik - A large great white shark made a huge leap just meters from a tourist boat off the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia.
Last week, tour guide Andrew Wright of Calypso Charters was reeling in the waters off Port Lincoln when a shark emerged from the water with an impressive leap.
The tourists, who were apparently on an excursion, were astonished by the unexpected appearance and acrobatics of the wild animal just a few meters from the boat.
"There was a lot of excitement and enthusiasm, everyone was certainly impressed," Wright told Nine News.
He also added that the appearance of a large shark so close was a rare sighting.
"Seeing them jump out of the water like that, particularly at such a short distance, is certainly not a normal occurrence," he stated.
