Tatiane Gonsales - City of São Paulo - One of the best-known bands in the national scene will receive an exclusive tribute on May 29th and 30th in celebration of the 30th anniversary of its formation: the show “MTV Tribute to Legião Urbana”, which will take place at Espaço das Américas with the participation of Wagner Moura, Dado Villa-Lobos and Marcelo Bonfá.

After performing the song "Tempo Perdido" in the film "O Homem do Futuro," actor Wagner Moura will repeat the feat. Also a member of the band "Sua Mãe" for over 20 years, Wagner will perform Legião Urbana's greatest hits alongside original band members: drummer Marcelo Bonfá and guitarist Dado Villa-Lobos.

Led by the late Renato Russo, Legião Urbana was formed in Brasília in 1982 as a garage band, entering the studios in 1985 with the release of their first album, "Legião Urbana". With over 15 million copies sold and eight CDs released, the group ended its productions in 1996, after Renato's death.
