The Hague Tribunal has received a complaint from the Covid-19 Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry against Bolsonaro for crimes against humanity.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, Netherlands, issued a protocol confirming that it had received the report.

247 - The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, Netherlands, received on Wednesday (9) the report from the Covid CPI, which investigated the performance of the Jair Bolsonaro government in dealing with the pandemic. The ICC issued a protocol confirming that it had received the report, according to column by Monica Bergamo, in the Folha de S.Paulo newspaper. The procedures, from now on, are confidential.

The document lists nine crimes attributed to Jair Bolsonaro: prevarication, charlatanism, irregular use of public funds, epidemic resulting in death, incitement to crime, falsification of private documents, violation of preventive health measures, crime of responsibility, and crimes against humanity.

"This is another step in the fight against impunity," said Senator Randolfe Rodrigues (Rede-AP), who was vice-president of the CPI.

The CPI requested 80 indictments.
