Of the 346 candidates who registered with the Regional Electoral Court, 17% declared assets exceeding R$ 1 million, according to a survey by Tocantins 247; the candidates who declared the largest fortunes are state deputy candidate Mauro Carlesse (E), from PTB, with assets of R$ 35,2 million, followed by the candidate for governor from Pros, Senator Ataídes Oliveira (C), with R$ 28 million, and the candidate for first alternate senator from PR, João Stival (D), with R$ 21 million; 13 candidates for federal deputy and 35 candidates for state deputy also declared themselves millionaires to the TRE.

Among the gubernatorial candidates, after Ataídes, Governor Sandoval Cardoso (SD) appears in second place, with assets of R$ 14 million, while Marcelo Miranda (PMDB) declared assets worth R$ 2 million. The PSOL candidate, Joaquim Rocha, stated he owns assets worth R$ 1,8 million. Meanwhile, the assets of candidate Carlos Potengy (PCB) do not reach R$ 150.
For the Senate race, the candidate who declared the largest fortune was public servant and PSOL candidate Élvio Quirino, with assets of R$ 4,4 million. Senator Kátia Abreu (PMDB) appears in second place, with assets totaling R$ 4 million. Candidates Sargento Aragão (Pros), Eduardo Gomes (SD), and Ceiça Oliveira (PCB) declared assets of less than R$ 1 million to the TRE (Regional Electoral Court).
Among all 25 candidates on the main ticket, 11 of them declare themselves to be millionaires.
Of the 52 candidates who registered to run for a seat in the Chamber of Deputies, 13 listed assets exceeding R$ 1 million to the Regional Electoral Court. Among them are four deputies currently holding office.
Regarding the 269 candidates for state representative, 35 declared assets exceeding R$ 1 million. Among them are 13 of the 24 representatives currently holding office.
