"Dream come true": PUC's first student with Down syndrome graduates in Physical Education.

The ceremony will take place at the university's Convention Center.

247 - João Vitor de Paiva, a young influencer, speaker, and activist for the rights of people with disabilities, will make history at the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC Goiás). On August 28th, at 20 PM, he will become the first student with Down syndrome to graduate from the institution's Physical Education program.

“A dream come true,” says João Vitor, who, in addition to his academic achievement, is one of the most influential figures in the country in the fight for inclusion and diversity.
