Six representatives from Tocantins voted to pardon Temer's corruption charges.
Of the eight federal deputies from the Tocantins state delegation, six voted in favor of rejecting the charges of criminal organization and obstruction of justice against Michel Temer and ministers Eliseu Padilha and Moreira Franco; deputies Carlos Gaguim (Podemos), César Halum (PRB), Dulce Miranda (PMDB), Lázaro Botelho (PP), Professora Dorinha (DEM), and Vicentinho Júnior (PR) voted in favor of the report. In the first indictment, five parliamentarians from the state had voted with Temer; only deputy Irajá Abreu (PSD) voted against the report by the PSDB deputy Bonifácio de Andrada. Deputy Josi Nunes (PMDB) was absent from the session; Halum was the only one who changed his vote in relation to the first indictment of August 3rd.

The following representatives voted to approve the report: Carlos Gaguim (Podemos), César Halum (PRB), Dulce Miranda (PMDB), Lázaro Botelho (PP), Professora Dorinha (DEM), and Vicentinho Júnior (PR). In the first impeachment attempt, five state parliamentarians had voted with Temer.
Only Congressman Irajá Abreu (PSD) voted against the report by Congressman Bonifácio de Andrada. Congresswoman Josi Nunes (PMDB) was absent from the session.
Halum was the only one who changed his vote in relation to the first accusation on August 3rd. At the time, Halum said he would vote in favor of the investigations out of consistency, since he had voted in favor of the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff and the removal of former congressman Eduardo Cunha.
Irajá voted against Temer both times, supporting the continuation of the investigations. Gaguim, Dulce, Lázaro, and Dorinha voted against the investigations both times. Josi, who was absent this Wednesday, voted in favor of the president in the first vote.
