Brazil Agency - Starting at 10 am this Tuesday (4), candidates who competed for positions in the Unified National Competition (CNU) will be able to access the final and provisional results of the contest. Check below how the results will be released, according to guidelines from the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI).
individual results
In the candidate area, it will be possible to consult individual results for each of the positions for which the candidate applied. The following information will be made available:
- Grade on the objective test;
- Grade in the essay test;
- Note on the evaluation of titles;
- Result of panels (in cases such as people with disabilities, heteroidentification and indigenous people);
- Final weighted grade for each position;
- Classification in each position, including broad competition (AC) and quotas for people with disabilities (PCD), black people (PN) and indigenous people (PI);
- Position status, including whether approved for immediate vacancies (AC, PCD, PN or PI); approved on the waiting list/reserve register (AC, PCD, PN or PI); called for a training course (for nine positions in blocks 1 to 7); or eliminated (the respective items in the notice are cited).
“Each candidate will only appear as approved for one position, making it clear whether it is for a vacancy with broad competition or for quotas (PCD, black person or indigenous person). However, this candidate may appear on several waiting lists for the positions of his/her greatest preference”, informed the ministry.
For positions in blocks 1 to 7, candidates will also be informed that the results are provisional, as the final result will only be released on the 28th, after the call/confirmation period for the training courses.
Ranking lists
Also in the candidate area, 173 lists will be released, with the classification by position, from all blocks. According to the ministry, it is important to know that:
- Each list will consist of a table with the registration data and the grouped individual results for the position. The names or CPFs of the candidates will not be published;
- All candidates not eliminated will be included in the lists;
- The lists will be ordered according to the ranking of the candidates;
- The lists of mid-level positions (block 8) will be final, with the final results;
- The lists of higher level positions will be provisional, as the final result will only be released on the 28th, after the call/confirmation period for training courses.
Lists for training courses
Still in the candidate area, the call lists for each of the positions with training courses will be published. According to the department, it is worth highlighting that:
- A list will be published for each of the positions that have training courses for each block;
- Nine positions require training courses: specialist in public policies and government management; foreign trade analyst; information technology analyst; technical analyst of social policies; infrastructure analyst; specialist in regulation of public services; specialist in regulation of public services; labor inspector (AFT); and specialist in regulation of supplementary health;
- There will be 21 lists in total, as there are positions, such as public policy and government management specialist, that appear in more than one block;
- The lists include the name, registration number and position of each candidate, as well as instructions on how to proceed to confirm interest in participating in the training course;
- The lists will be sorted alphabetically.
Official Gazette
According to the ministry, in order to provide “broad transparency” to the results of the competition, eight notices will also be published in an extra edition of the Official Gazette of the Union, to be published in the afternoon, including:
- An announcement announcing the final results of Block 8, at the secondary level, which will include the list of candidates approved for immediate vacancies and the list of candidates approved on the waiting list/reserve list. For these candidates, all the information contained in the individual results will be released, including the names of the candidates. The text will be continuous (there will be no table).
- Seven notices for training courses (blocks 1 to 7), with the list of those called to participate in training courses. For these candidates, the name, registration number and position will be disclosed. The text will also be continuous (there will be no table).
“In the Official Gazette of the Union, there will be no publication of the provisional lists of classified candidates from blocks 1 to 7. The definitive lists will only be published on 28/2”, highlighted the ministry.
Ministry website
On the official competition page, within the ministry's website, links will be made available to all lists that the Cesgranrio Foundation, the competition organizer, publishes, in addition to links to notices that will be published in the DOU.
Mailbox
Also on Tuesday, all Gov.br users will have an individual mailbox within the platform. According to the ministry, the tool allows the government to inform the population about services in a personalized way, “without the risk of fraud.”
“The new tool will be launched with the individual call for candidates approved by the CPNU for mid-level and higher-level positions, who will be called for the training course,” the ministry reported. “There are approximately 4,3 potential new public servants.”
Email and WhatsApp
Finally, the Cesgranrio Foundation will also send messages by email and WhatsApp to all candidates called for training courses, in blocks 1 to 7. The emails and WhatsApp messages will be sent from 10 am this Tuesday.
