In addition to the Bezerra de Menezes BRT, the mayor also discussed the "Grow with Your Child" Program, financed by the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank) and coordinated by the office of the first lady, Carol Bezerra, which, according to Roberto Cláudio, "is a program of great social impact because it allows for the revitalization of the entire health agents program, as it contains great innovative potential in early childhood care."

The third program discussed at the meeting with the IDB was Proredes, which focuses on youth and health and is still awaiting approval from the Federal Government through the National Treasury.
Within the municipality, the city hall has already completed all the stages that depend on its own action, such as land acquisition. Furthermore, the mayor of Fortaleza has also finalized agreements for the completion of the construction of three health centers, already underway, plus twelve daycare centers and the urbanization of the left bank of the Cocó River, between Avenida Paulino Rocha and BR 116, actions also financed by the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank).
