Another PT member dissatisfied with the obligation for party members to support the candidacy of Marcelo Miranda, and especially the re-election candidacy of Senator Kátia Abreu, both from the PMDB, is Iranilto Sales, coordinator of the PT's internal faction Articulação de Esquerda (Left Articulation).
