Renan, Collor, and Dilma are leading in Alagoas.
The Pajuçara Communication System released, this morning (14), a survey conducted by the Exatta Institute; according to the data, the candidate for governor of Alagoas, Renan Filho (PMDB) with 38%, for the Senate, Fernando Collor (PTB) 39%, and for the Presidency, Dilma Rousseff (PT) with 51% of voting intentions, are in the lead.
Alagoas247 - Research carried out by the Exatta Institute, commissioned by Pajuçara Sistema de Comunicação, released on the morning of this Thursday (14), indicates that Renan Filho (PMDB), Fernando Collor (PTB) and Dilma Rousseff (PT) are leading in the preference of Alagoas voters for the disputes for the State Government, Federal Senate and Presidency of the Republic.
The margin of error is 2,83% (plus or minus) and the survey's confidence level is 95%. The survey is registered with the Regional Electoral Court in Alagoas under number 0005-2014. 1.200 people were interviewed between August 02nd and 11th.
In the prompted questioning, when the candidates' names are presented to the voter, Renan Filho appears with 38%, Benedito de Lira (PP) has 22%, and the other candidates together totaled 5%. In total, 20% of those interviewed said they would not vote for any of the candidates and 16% stated they were undecided.
In a potential second round between Renan and Biu, the PMDB candidate would be the winner. Filho appears with 48% and his opponent from the PP party with 27%. Those who would not vote for either candidate totaled 16%, and undecided voters, 10%.
The Exatta Institute explained that on the days the questionnaires were administered to voters, the PSDB had not yet registered the candidacy of councilman Júlio Cezar for Palmeira dos Índios. Therefore, he did not score in this survey.
Senate
For the Senate, the poll revealed that Fernando Collor (PTB) leads the electoral race, with a total of 39% of voting intentions. Candidate Heloísa Helena (PSOL) had 32% and Omar Coelho (DEM) had 2%. A total of 14% of Alagoans interviewed stated that they would not vote for any of the candidates and 10% said they are still undecided.
The other Senate candidates for Alagoas, Coronel Brito (PEN), Eduardo Magalhães (PSDB), Elias Barros (PTC), and Marcos Aguiar (PTN), each had 1% of the voting intentions in the Exata poll. Only Oldemberg Paranhos (PRTB) did not register any votes.
Presidência da República
For the presidential race, the poll revealed that Dilma Rousseff (PT) leads in Alagoas, with 51% of voting intentions. Eduardo Campos (PSB) had 16% and Aécio Neves (PSDB), 11%. Candidate Rui Costa (PCO) had 2% of intentions. In total, 9% of Alagoans interviewed said they would not vote for any candidate and another 9% were undecided.
In the first simulation for the second round, Dilma Rousseff would win the elections with 57% of the votes, while Aécio Neves would have a total of 26%. 11% of Alagoans would not vote for any candidate and another 5% were undecided.
In the second simulation, Dilma would have 55% of the votes and Eduardo Campos, 30%. In this case, 5% of those interviewed stated that they were undecided and another 10% that they would not vote for any of the candidates presented.
Interest
The survey also sought to determine the level of interest of Alagoas voters in this year's election. According to the numbers, 28% of those interviewed said they had little interest and 32% said they had no interest, which would total 60% of the total.
