The PT-SP (Workers' Party of São Paulo) will file an electoral legal complaint with the TRE (Regional Electoral Court) against the PSDB (Brazilian Social Democracy Party) and Governor Geraldo Alckmin for premature election campaigning.

Alckmin's campaign for governor has already launched a candidate website, which is prohibited by electoral law. The lawsuit will also question the origin of the funds that sponsored this initiative.

The complaint will be filed with the Regional Electoral Court later today.
