      247 – The PT may offer a show of support to the party treasurer, João Vaccari Neto, at his 35th birthday party, which will be held this Friday (6), in Belo Horizonte, with the presence of President Dilma Rousseff and former President Lula.

      Vaccari was forcibly taken by the Federal Police in the Lava Jato operation to testify in the early hours of Thursday morning.

      The party's president, Rui Falcão, condemned the way the action was conducted. According to him, there is an attempt to "criminalize the party."

      In a statement released this Thursday (5), Vaccari's defense also stated that the treasurer "was eager for the opportunity to provide clarifications" to demonstrate "the numerous improprieties published by the press in recent months, involving his name".
