The statement comes from the mayor of Canindé, Heleno Silva (PRB), in refuting the PSC's allegation that he had said he detests Governor Jackson Barreto (PMDB). He emphasized that he maintains a very good relationship with the current state governor; "I don't understand how a political group can seek the support of another by attacking in this way," he said, referring to the PSC, a party led by Senator Eduardo Amorim.
