Ceará 247 - The First Lady of Ceará, Onélia Maria Leite de Santana, will be honored with the Alanis Maria trophy, an award given annually by the Fortaleza City Council to individuals who stand out in the protection of children and adolescents. The Solemn Session in commemoration of the National Day to Combat the Abuse and Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents will be held in the auditorium of the Fortaleza City Council at 19:30 pm this Monday, the 18th.

"This honor increases my responsibility in protecting the children of Ceará. We will work even harder to stimulate child development. And not only stimulate, but also protect the minds of our children. Caring for childhood is thinking about the present and the future of Ceará," emphasized the First Lady of Ceará.
The honorees, in addition to the First Lady of the State, are: Federal Deputy Maria do Rosário (from Rio Grande do Sul), Lar Santa Mônica, Lar Meninas dos Olhos de Deus, and the founder of Instituto Acesso, Patrícia Austin. Other names such as the First Lady of Fortaleza, Carolina Bezerra, and the singer Elba Ramalho have already received the award.
Miss Brazil Melissa Gurgel will receive the title of godmother of the event during the ceremony. She will have the mission of spreading the word throughout Brazil.
