During questioning, he informed the PRF agents that he owned the money and that the sum was to be taken to Goiânia. According to the Federal Highway Police (PRF), the arrest occurred during a traffic stop of a Fiat Linea vehicle, with license plates from Rio Grande do Norte, driven by KSD, 39 years old, a construction worker in Natal/RN. During questioning, he informed the PRF agents that he owned the money. He also stated that he had left Natal/RN bound for Goiânia.
