A survey conducted by the State Tourism Secretariat indicated that more than 25 visitors from across the country injected exactly R$ 21.255.722,04 into the economy, with an average expenditure of R$ 334,86 per person; the cost of admission was not included; the research took into account expenses for accommodation, reception services, tours, food, shopping, and other services.

According to the Pernambuco Tourism Secretariat, more than 25 visitors from all over the country generated R$ 21.255.722,04 in revenue. On average, tourists and day-trippers spent three days in Pernambuco with a daily expenditure of R$ 334,86.
The Northeast Region was responsible for sending the largest number of tourists to the State. The states of Paraíba (17,52%), Ceará (14,29%), Rio Grande do Norte (9,52%) and Bahia (9,32%) were the highlights.
The Tourism Secretariat emphasizes that the entrance fee was not included in the average visitor spending. The survey took into account expenses for accommodation, airport transfers, tours, food, shopping, and other services.
The numbers encouraged the State Secretary of Tourism, Alberto Feitosa, who attested that the event opened the doors of the State to the realization of international mega-shows. "The success of Paul McCartney's shows qualifies us to host major international events, such as the singer Jennifer Lopez we will have at the beginning of July," Feitosa highlighted.
The survey also indicates visitors' evaluation of Recife's tourist facilities and services. The city's accommodation options were approved by 80,45% of tourists, who rated 82,80% of taxi services as excellent or good. Visitors also evaluated the show's structure. Approximately 80% approved of the location and organization of Paul McCartney's show, while security was rated around 88%.
