The resources will be applied by the Northeast Development Fund (FDNE), and the largest portion, 299,4 million reais, will be allocated to the five Faísa wind farms. The parks total 64 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 134,40 MW, according to the Ceará State Environmental Superintendency (Semace).
Sudene also approved three wind farm projects by Gestamp, totaling 125,4 million reais in resources, in addition to the Pedra do Reino park, which will receive approximately 54 million reais.
