For Luciana, Marina is the PSDB's second option.
Presidential candidate Luciana Genro (Psol-RS) continued her harsh criticism of her main competitors in the race, saying that candidate Marina Silva (PSB) is the PSDB's second life for the presidency; "Marina, in fact, I see as a second option for the PSDB," she stated; according to Luciana, the candidate also described Marina, President Dilma, and presidential candidate Aécio Neves as "Siamese twins" who avoid electoral debate.
Rio Grande do Sul 247 – Presidential candidate Luciana Genro (Psol-RS) continued her harsh criticism of her main competitors in the race and said that candidate Marina Silva PSB is the second life of the PSDB for the presidency of the Republic. "Marina, in fact, I see as a second way for the PSDB," said Luciana, this Thursday (18), to the IG portal and Rede TV.
According to the candidate, "Marina is even more radical, in quotes, in the sense of defending the formal independence of the Central Bank, which today has autonomy precisely to play the bankers' game, and we clearly see this with Dilma." "The Central Bank raised interest rates nine times in 12 months," she added.
Luciana criticized Marina's reversal on gay marriage – after announcing her support, she backtracked and promised civil unions, which are already permitted in the country.
"Dilma is creating this stable union between bankers and the Central Bank. Marina, who is against equal civil marriage, proposes a formal marriage between the Central Bank and the bankers. As for me, who defends equal civil marriage, in the case of the Central Bank and the bankers, I don't accept either a stable union or a marriage," Luciana attacked.
According to Luciana, Dilma, Aécio, and Marina are "Siamese twins" and avoid electoral debate. "She [Marina] stalls, Dilma stalls, and Aécio stalls. I don't stall anyone. I'm clearly saying that I'm going to confront vested interests," she said.
Don't vote for Tarso Genro.
The daughter of the current governor of Rio Grande do Sul, Tarso Genro (PT), who will be running for re-election, the candidate stated that she will not vote for her father. "No, I won't vote for my father. I'll vote for the PSOL candidate, Roberto Robaina. He (Tarso) won't vote for me either," Luciana confessed.
