To attract customers, Uber rival offers iPhone or ride as a reward.
Cruise trips and iPhones: this is how a new transport app intends to rival Uber to win over passengers; 4move debuts in São Paulo this Tuesday (24) and will have a points system based on kilometers traveled and the referral of new users to reward customers.
247 - Named 4Move, an app rivaling Uber, debuts this Tuesday (24) in São Paulo. To attract customers, the app offers a rewards program for use and referrals of friends. Prizes vary according to the number of points accumulated and can be cinema tickets, account credit, trips (Disney, Cancun or a national cruise), iPhone or MacBook. The app has versions for Android and iPhone.
The company uses two methods for earning bonus points. As a user, you can earn one point per kilometer traveled, and by referring friends, you also earn points for every kilometer traveled on trips they take. The user also earns 5% of every real spent in the system (both their own and those of their referrals) to accumulate for redeeming prizes. To make it clearer, it works like this: 1 km = 1 point = 1 real in the system; on that 1 real, the user earns up to 5%.
Similar to Uber and other ride-hailing apps, users can choose between a cheaper category with standard cars and a more expensive one with luxury vehicles. These are called Blue and Black, respectively, in the new app.
