New accusation against Thiago Brennand: student reports being drugged and raped by businessman.

247 - Businessman Thiago Brennand was arrested on Thursday (13) by Interpol in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Accused of assaulting an actress in a gym in São Paulo, he was considered a fugitive from Brazilian justice, reports reporter from the G1 portal.

He left the country on September 4th, heading to Dubai. The businessman traveled on the same day that the São Paulo Public Prosecutor's Office filed charges against him for assaulting actress and businesswoman Helena Gomes.

It was early morning when Thiago boarded the plane to the United Arab Emirates. An hour before takeoff, he sent a text message to a woman. Stefanie Cohen, 30, is a medical student and met the businessman at a restaurant in São Paulo a year ago.

Stefanie had just won a beauty pageant and was celebrating with her friends. She told Fantástico how Thiago approached her afterward, and that she believes she was drugged.

“He found me on Instagram after a couple of days. He started talking to me all day, saying he was educated in England. Everything about Thiago seemed like a lord, and then he invited me to dinner. At the end of dinner, he ordered two cashew caipirinhas, and I remember feeling very dizzy. Then I went to the bathroom.”

I was completely disoriented and felt nauseous. I believe I was one of the victims of the "goodnight, Cinderella" drug. I had no control over my legs, I couldn't walk, and he saw that I couldn't walk.

He came up to me, took me in. “No, come here, come here.” And he took me away to a place I didn’t know until then. A hotel. And that was the worst night of my life.

He raped me. He forced anal sex. Always without a condom, without any concern for what it could do to me. The part I remember most was me begging "no" many times. I kept saying, "No, please, no. I've never done this before. Please, don't do this to me," and he kept saying, "You're my girlfriend." And forcing, forcing. He took away my strength, my dignity. Everything in that moment.

“I woke up the next day, and he started making offensive comments about my body. He said, 'I thought I was dating Miss São Paulo, but you look more like Miss Paraíba,' as if it were something degrading.”
