There are several audio recordings that indicate the sending of messages, both from the GOVERNOR to CARLINHOS and vice versa, with SENATOR DEMÓSTENES TORRES, EDIVALDO CARDOSO, and WLADIMIR GARCEZ being the main emissaries of these messages. Some dialogues demonstrate intimacy between the GOVERNOR and people connected to CARLINHOS, as occurred in the episode of the death of a person known as DEOCLECIANO.”
