Goiás 247 - The gubernatorial candidate Daniel Vilela (MDB) ended the second day of his campaign with a motorcade and a large rally that brought together more than a thousand people in Mineiros.

“The reception we received in Mineiros confirms that our campaign started off on the right foot and is on the right track,” Daniel enthused, standing next to Mayor Agenor Rezende (MDB).

The politician from the Brazilian Democratic Movement (MDB) said that, despite being one of the engines of the Goiás economy, thanks to the strength of its agribusiness, the Southwest region has not received the attention it deserves from the state government.

"Mayors complain that even mandatory transfers, such as those for healthcare, are not being made as they should be. But, starting next year, municipalities will have a partner government," he noted.

During his visit to Mineiros, Daniel was accompanied by Rosângela Rezende, a candidate for state representative, the candidates for federal representative Wdineia and Tchequinho, as well as the candidates for the Senate Agenor Mariano (MDB) and Vanderlan Cardoso (PP).
