Public Prosecutor's Office files charges against the husband of teacher Heidy.
The State Public Prosecutor's Office (MPE) has filed charges against Alan Moreira Borges, husband of teacher Heidy Aires Leite Moreira Borges, who was murdered with stab wounds at the end of last year. Based on the police investigation, Prosecutor Lucídio Bandeira Dourado considered that the defendant acted consciously and voluntarily after discovering that the victim was having a romantic relationship with a former boyfriend.
Tocantins 247 - The State Public Prosecutor's Office (MPE) filed charges this Thursday (5) against Alan Moreira Borges, husband of teacher Heidy Aires Leite Moreira Borges, who was murdered with knife blows at the end of last year.
Based on the police investigation, Public Prosecutor Lucídio Bandeira Dourado considered that the defendant acted consciously and voluntarily, after discovering that the victim was having a romantic relationship with an ex-boyfriend. With wounded pride and an instinct for revenge, he premeditated the murder of his partner.
For this crime, the State Public Prosecutor's Office requests that the accused be brought before the People's Jury Court and convicted of doubly aggravated homicide, for vile motive and use of a means that made the victim's defense impossible, as defined in Article 121, § 2, items I and IV of the Brazilian Penal Code.
