The prosecutor had requested this information from the secretary, who responded to the initial questions, but the prosecutor again requested clarification on issues that, for the category, are considered extremely important.
Simone also received today a delegation of teachers from the Municipal Union of Education Workers (Simsed), who presented the points that are priorities for them in their list of demands. Therefore, the prosecutor requested information from the secretary regarding the payment of retroactive salary adjustments for administrative and teaching staff, as well as the payment of retroactive horizontal progression for teachers and administrative staff, and finally, regarding the bonus for educational activity assistants.
The prosecutor also emphasized that, in addition to the points mentioned, it is essential to address, for the negotiations to move forward, the reinstatement of the vertical progression of administrative staff to two years and the holding of a public competition for teachers and administrative staff in Education.
She also noted that there is no demand from the category for immediate payment of retroactive funds, but rather for a schedule built based on the possibilities of the city hall, to be negotiated with the education professionals. The transfer of information within 24 hours was requested, given the urgency of the situation.
